SIT: 4 Weeks to a Sustainable Meditation Practice

Course Overview:

We all need stillness and quiet. In a society that is so action-oriented and busy, meditation is quickly becoming an absolute necessity. But, how do we begin? The Four Foundations of Mindfulness offer us a template for a sustainable meditation practice. Using this practical and beautiful teaching of the Buddha, Stephanie and Adam will guide you over the course of one month in establishing a meditation practice that lasts.

Meetings will take place on consecutive Wednesdays, June 6-27 at 6pm MT via Zoom conferencing and will be recorded for you to watch at your convenience. 

Course Outline:

– 4, 1 hour-long webinars with teachings, suggestions for practice, and answers to any questions come up

– 4 recorded guided meditations (1 per week) on the week’s theme

– Email support

– Reading materials provided

The intention of the course is to encourage lifelong practice, on and off the cushion. Hope to see you there!
