Yin Yoga & Crystal Bowls Spring Session
COVID-19 UPDATE. This class will take place online via Zoom conferencing by donation for March 16th and 23rd. The class is tentatively scheduled to run at the Buddhist temple on March 30th, depending on COVID-19 situation, all classes might be moved to the online format. Stephanie will be keeping everyone who is registered updated.

This registered Yin class will blend Yin Yoga, Crystal Singing Bowls, Poetry and visualizations for a unique, holistic yoga experience that goes beyond just stretching. Stephanie will guide you through different mindfulness practices within the long-held postures, that will work to influence the physical, mental, and energetic bodies. During the practice, Stephanie will focus on different themes of mind training drawing from Buddhist, Taoist, and Psychospiritual philosophies. This class was created for those who wish to do yoga in a more intimate and consistent group setting and to discover deeper layers of practice. This class is excellent for those who lead a high-stress lifestyle and are looking for ways to mitigate anxiety.
This is a 4-week registered program that will take place on Monday evening at the Calgary Buddhist Temple from 7:30-8:45 pm
Spring 1 session:
March 30th & April 6th, 13th & 20th
Spring 2 session:
May 4th, 11th, 25th & June 1st
*Classes are non-refundable. Please bring a yoga yat, warm blanket, socks and a yoga bolster (if you have one) Some props are available at the temple.
