Stephanie will guide you through different mindfulness practices within the long-held postures, that will work to influence the physical, mental, and energetic bodies. During the practice, Stephanie will focus on different themes of mind training drawing from Buddhist, Taoist, and Psychospiritual philosophies. This class was created for those who wish to do yoga in a more intimate and consistent group setting and to discover deeper layers of practice.
