Like yoga, Qigong combines gentle movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate, balance and harmonize our energy. While there are many different forms of Qigong, Medical Qigong works with each organ system specifically in order to prevent and even treat disease. In this series, you will learn the basics of how to practice medical Qigong, and how to integrate simple practices in your life in order to uplift your energetic vibration. You will also learn about the different physical, emotional and spiritual functions of each organ and will be encouraged to listen inwardly to their messages. Guided visualizations and meditation will be given to awaken and connect you to the intelligence of your body.

All registrants will receive a recording to use up to one week after the class.

However, it is encouraged to tune in live, so you can receive the support from community participation.

For the sake of security, commitment, and continuity of content, no drop-in’s will be admitted to this class. Please donate what you can for the four-week series, and to receive all 4 recordings.
