This is a sample meditation that is a quick way to “check in” with yourself. As one of my teachers, Eugene Cash says “we can’t be mindful if we are not real”. In meditation, we do not want to fabricate feelings of calm, but rather investigate what is in the heart, body and mind at any given moment.
